Leads clinical quality, documentation integrity, provider quality reviews, termination processes, and payor audit readiness across a large behavioral health provider network. Manages Clinical Quality Associates, defines clinical and documentation standards, reviews cross-functional initiatives for clinical soundness, identifies compliance gaps, and advises Product, Operations, and Payor Partnerships teams. Requires an active clinical license, behavioral health documentation and payor audit experience, and strong clinical team leadership.

Leads Learning, Content, and Quality teams within Shared Services. Owns the strategic vision, operating models, onboarding curriculum, train-the-trainer programs, knowledge bases, quality processes, performance metrics, and AI enablement strategy. The role develops high-performing teams, reduces frontline ramp time and turnover, creates closed-loop feedback systems, and aligns training outcomes with operational KPIs while scaling support operations.

Processes and fulfills medical record and release-of-information requests from clients, payors, attorneys, and other authorized requesters. Reviews authorizations, subpoenas, and records for accuracy and compliance with HIPAA and applicable privacy laws. Maintains patient confidentiality, communicates with requesters, tracks work in EMRs and ticketing systems, supports chart audits, and advises internal teams on records-related questions.
