Supports clients and therapists through phone and live chat by troubleshooting billing and platform issues, explaining insurance benefits, educating users, and identifying root causes for Product teams. The role advocates for customers, resolves problems, meets conversation-volume metrics, and adapts to changing priorities in a fully remote startup environment.

Process and validate authorization packets, maintain accurate authorization records, resolve client and authorization issues, audit outsourced authorization work, investigate claim denials, submit renewals, and collaborate with Billing and Eligibility teams to support clean pre-bill processing.

Own the authorization-denial pipeline, identify payer-level trends, build automated workflows, manage authorization staff and outsourced teams, conduct quality and productivity oversight, and lead payer and partner escalations. Collaborate with Billing, Eligibility, Coding, and partnerships teams to resolve systemic issues and prepare authorization operations for new frameworks and partnerships.

Investigates root causes and collaborates with Product teams to improve systems while advocating for customer experience. The role requires independent remote work, adaptability, problem-solving, and meeting daily conversation metrics.

Lead end-to-end revenue cycle operations (eligibility, claims, denials, authorizations, contracts), scale team structure, implement AI/automation across workflows, and maintain KPI reporting and dashboards to drive collections and financial performance.
