Teams at Grow Financial Federal Credit Union

Supports the Service Delivery team with ServiceNow platform maintenance, configuration, workflow automation, reporting, ticket lifecycle management, testing, data validation, and documentation. Gains hands-on exposure to ITSM processes and Agile methodologies while collaborating remotely with team members. Requires at least 20 hours weekly, with schedules accommodating school commitments.

Supports commercial loan system administration, department reporting, and analysis of deposit and lending activities. Works with large datasets across multiple systems to synthesize actionable insights, collaborates with credit union departments, and performs related administrative and analytical tasks under supervision. The internship is fully remote with optional office work and is limited to 29 hours per week.

Supports risk management activities, including non-financial risk assessments, risk reviews, data synthesis, and GRC software tasks. Collaborates with credit union teams and works with large datasets across multiple systems to develop actionable insights. This fully remote internship requires enrollment at an eligible university, proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong communication skills, and the ability to learn independently.
