Supports employee communications by creating, organizing, and distributing content across multiple channels. Gains experience in internal communications, employee engagement, digital content management, and project coordination. Responsibilities include writing, editing, proofreading, maintaining communication materials, coordinating initiatives, and collaborating through digital platforms. The internship is fully remote with optional office access, flexible scheduling around school, and a maximum of 29 hours per week.

Own and manage the product backlog, serve as the customer voice, and prioritize high-value capabilities for credit union products. Collaborate with sponsors, analysts, developers, designers, compliance, security, operations, and other stakeholders on a cross-functional Scrum team. Define detailed requirements, support feature delivery, adapt to changing circumstances, and use communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills to align stakeholders.
