Lead and scale People operations for a growing SaaS company: build HR systems, lead recruiting, refine performance and compensation frameworks, launch L&D and manager training, manage and grow a small HR team, and ensure compliant, human-centered employee lifecycle programs across a remote U.S. workforce.

Senior individual contributor leading market intelligence, competitive analysis, regulatory monitoring, and product partnership strategy for GridUnity. Owns the Market Map, synthesizes market and customer signals into executive-ready insights, and drives strategic product partnerships from identification through negotiation and ongoing management. Works cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Experience to embed market-driven strategy into the product roadmap.
