Grenadier is a Boulder, CO-based creative and brand strategy agency dedicated to helping emerging entrepreneurs and challenger brands – or brands who just think that way – take a stand in the marketplace. Working with them to identify and commit to a deeper "why" that transcends merely making and selling stuff, taking ownership of that brand idea, and translating it to every employee and consumer touchpoint. The agency takes its name from the 17th century wartime specialists called Grenadiers - a nimble, disruptive band of senior soldiers capable of changing the course of battle in an instant. Built in partnership with independent, 100% employee-owned, Kansas City based agency Barkley; Grenadier is structured as an intentionally small, senior brigade - with an entire army behind it. Grenadier is able to strategically tap into Barkley’s full suite of integrated agency capabilities, as needed, to deliver the right team at the right time for brands big and small.
