Finance Manager responsible for fixed asset accounting and FP&A at a growing manufacturing company. Duties include depreciation and asset tracking, capitalized construction interest, facility build-out accounting, budgeting, forecasting, hedging accounting, management reporting, ERP transition support, and process improvement. The role requires manufacturing experience, progressive accounting and finance expertise, GAAP knowledge, and familiarity with commodity or futures accounting.

Maintains the general ledger, performs month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, revenue recognition, financial analysis, and audit preparation. Ensures financial records comply with GAAP, investigates variances, supports cost accounting, and collaborates with AR, AP, and cross-functional teams.

Performs advanced cost accounting, including cost analysis, inventory and production postings, cost standards, variance analysis, margin reporting, reconciliations, month-end and year-end close, budgeting, and audit support. Partners with manufacturing plants and other departments to identify inaccuracies and recommend cost-effective solutions.
