Supports attorney recruiting across sourcing, candidate engagement, screening, interviews, offer preparation, and hiring coordination. Conducts legal market research and talent intelligence reporting, maintains candidate records and recruiting metrics in Workday, and coordinates summer associate and on-campus recruiting programs. Partners with recruiters, shareholders, practice leaders, career services, and search firms while managing candidate communications, background checks, interview feedback, and recruitment initiatives across the Mountain West.

Corporate Associate supporting private equity and financial sponsor clients on M&A transactions and day-to-day corporate matters. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating transaction and governing documents, coordinating due diligence, supervising junior attorneys, managing transactions with increasing independence, and advising clients in health care and other regulated industries. Candidates must be admitted to the Colorado Bar and possess strong academic, drafting, communication, and teamwork skills.
