Corporate Associate supporting private equity and financial sponsor clients on M&A transactions and day-to-day corporate matters. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating transaction and governing documents, coordinating due diligence, supervising junior attorneys, managing transactions with increasing independence, and advising clients in health care and other regulated industries. Candidates must be admitted to the Colorado Bar and possess strong academic, drafting, communication, and teamwork skills.

Prepare and edit prebills; generate high-volume complex client invoices via Aderant; ensure billing guideline compliance and documentation; submit e-bills via EHub; monitor and resolve rejections and reductions; respond to billing inquiries; produce ad hoc reports and support special projects.
