Corporate Associate supporting private equity and financial sponsor clients on M&A transactions and day-to-day corporate matters. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating transaction and governing documents, coordinating due diligence, supervising junior attorneys, managing transactions with increasing independence, and advising clients in health care and other regulated industries.
