Lead the Methods and Insights engineering teams, overseeing hiring, coaching, performance management, delivery, operational health, architecture, and developer experience. Partner with product leaders and founders to sequence work, manage risk, improve engineering processes, and ship reliable systems. Build AI-agent development practices, shared components, CI gates, conventions, and harnesses that help engineers move quickly while maintaining quality.

Own a strategic product area from customer research and hypothesis formation through prioritization, prototyping, shipping, launch, and outcome measurement. Lead a team of 3–4 engineers, collaborate with design and other product managers, and coordinate go-to-market efforts. The role requires strong customer orientation, product analytics and technical skills, experience shipping complex B2B software, and hands-on use of AI tools and production AI features.
