Owns engineering operating standards, Agile and Jira processes, delivery tracking, escalation workflows, customer issue triage, known-issue reporting, and data SLA management. The role coordinates Engineering, Product, Customer Support, clients, and vendors; monitors commitments, risks, resolution times, and service performance; and ensures clear accountability and communication across technical delivery activities.

Manages and grows a portfolio of high-value institutional consultant and asset manager relationships within the company’s collective investment trust business. Serves as the primary client contact, develops account plans, leads strategic reviews, builds executive relationships, identifies expansion opportunities, monitors account health, and coordinates cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions. The role requires expertise in defined contribution plans, institutional investments, consultant and asset manager networks, and senior stakeholder engagement, with national travel as needed.
