Lead and develop a team of factory sales representatives while managing daily sales activities, meetings, training, field ride-alongs, recruiting, onboarding, performance improvement, and lead-generation accountability. Conduct in-home sales presentations for sunrooms and home improvement products using provided leads. Build customer trust, assess needs, explain product and financing options, negotiate, and close sales. Manage appointments and follow-up activities while meeting sales goals.
