Develops dashboards, reports, attribution frameworks, customer and channel analyses, experiments, forecasting, and market intelligence. Partners with Marketing, Finance, Operations, IT, agencies, and executives to deliver actionable insights, improve investment effectiveness, and advance data infrastructure and analytical capabilities.

Provides operational coaching, training, compliance support, and strategic guidance to a portfolio of 30–50 automotive franchise locations. Partners with franchise owners to improve revenue, profitability, customer experience, operational execution, and sustainable growth. Reviews financial and KPI performance, conducts onsite evaluations, develops business plans, resolves conflicts, identifies growth opportunities, and collaborates with internal teams. Requires residence in Illinois, Indiana, Nebraska, Oklahoma, or Louisiana and travel up to 75%.

Provides legal and administrative support for a multi-state franchise system. Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining franchise agreements, FDDs, amendments, renewals, transfers, and related documents; managing state registrations and regulatory deadlines; supporting franchisee transactions, defaults, and terminations; maintaining legal records and contract trackers; coordinating with internal teams and outside counsel; and assisting with franchise compliance, research, audits, disputes, and process improvements.
