Ensures accurate financial reporting, GAAP compliance, internal controls, audits, and technical accounting guidance. Drives process improvement, automation, ERP enhancements, reporting optimization, and KPI development using Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Tableau, FloQast, and related tools. Partners with Finance, Operations, IT, Procurement, and senior management to improve efficiency and scalability.

Provides legal and administrative support for a multi-state franchise system. Responsibilities include preparing and managing franchise agreements, FDDs, amendments, renewals, transfers, and terminations; coordinating state registrations and regulatory filings; tracking contractual and compliance deadlines; maintaining legal records; supporting transactions, disputes, audits, and research; and partnering with internal teams and outside counsel on franchise matters.
