Drive new membership acquisition through prospecting, tours, events, outreach, and closing. Manage an assigned member portfolio by owning renewals, retention, referrals, engagement, and churn reduction. Track sales and membership KPIs in HubSpot, forecast pipeline performance, conduct save and win-back conversations, and coordinate member programming and campaigns with marketing, events, partnerships, and property teams.

Drive new membership sales through outreach, tours, events, and CRM-managed pipeline development while owning renewals, retention, churn reduction, referrals, and member engagement for an assigned portfolio. Build relationships, identify at-risk members, manage sales and retention KPIs, coordinate community programming, and collaborate with marketing, events, partnerships, and property teams.

Coordinates kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure dishes are accurate, properly presented, timely, and ready for service. Checks food quality, communicates modifications and dietary requests, maintains the expo line, anticipates service bottlenecks, and supports smooth high-volume restaurant operations. Requires strong communication, attention to detail, teamwork, reliability, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays while standing and carrying trays safely.
