Greet and register guests, manage check-ins/check-outs and reservations using PMS, handle guest communications and billing, provide concierge support, coordinate with operations teams, promote membership benefits, assist with light bell/valet duties, maintain front desk operations and compliance, and support member engagement and events.

Manage the pass between kitchen and front-of-house to ensure timely, accurate, and well-presented dishes. Verify order completeness and quality, coordinate timing with kitchen and servers, communicate special requests, maintain expo line cleanliness, anticipate bottlenecks, and support efficient, high-volume service to enhance guest experience.

Lead Front Desk Specialist provides front desk hospitality, F&B service, and on-shift leadership. Duties include guest check-in/out, PMS and POS use, beverage preparation, member engagement, event support, and coordinating across operations to ensure service standards.
