Lead Front Desk Specialist provides front desk hospitality, F&B service, and on-shift leadership. Duties include guest check-in/out, PMS and POS use, beverage preparation, member engagement, event support, and coordinating across operations to ensure service standards.

Supervise and support daily front desk operations, lead and train front desk staff, manage check-in/out, room assignments, billing issues, and guest communications. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, F&B and membership teams to ensure exceptional guest and member experiences and uphold hospitality standards.

Lead daily front desk operations, recruit/train and coach staff, manage guest arrivals/departures and reservations, serve as Manager on Duty, monitor feedback and KPIs, coordinate with departments, maintain operational standards, SOPs, and budgets to ensure exceptional guest and member experiences.
