Own enterprise customer implementations from kickoff through platform launch and long-term adoption. Lead technical deployments, architecture planning, onboarding milestones, success metrics, account health monitoring, quarterly business reviews, and expansion opportunities. Partner with Solutions Engineering, Support, Product, and Engineering to resolve integration issues and communicate customer feedback. Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise architects, security teams, developers, and executives.

Build and maintain production Kubernetes-based cloud infrastructure supporting Gravitee’s API, AI Gateway, and agent management workloads. Investigate customer issues, collaborate on infrastructure features, support technical operations, create documentation, and improve reliability through automation and AI-assisted workflows. The role requires hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, Docker, cloud platforms, continuous delivery, and observability tools.

Build full-stack product experiences for API and AI agent management. Design Angular and TypeScript interfaces, Java APIs and services, data visualizations, and asynchronous gateway features. Work across data modeling, distributed systems, testing, security, and cloud-native delivery while contributing to open-source and enterprise products. Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly and collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver reliable customer-focused solutions.
