Build and maintain Gravitee’s API management and AI gateway platform across Java backend services, gateway runtime, management APIs, and TypeScript/Angular interfaces. Develop API security, policies, observability views, data models, automated tests, and production-ready features. Support customer escalations through L3/L4 pager duty, collaborate across international teams, and apply AI-assisted development practices. The role requires full-stack ownership from technical design through release and iteration.

Own enterprise customer implementations from kickoff through platform launch and long-term adoption. Lead technical deployments, architecture planning, onboarding milestones, success metrics, account health monitoring, quarterly business reviews, and expansion opportunities. Partner with Solutions Engineering, Support, Product, and Engineering to resolve integration issues and communicate customer feedback. Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise architects, security teams, developers, and executives.

Build full-stack product experiences for API and AI agent management. Design Angular and TypeScript interfaces, Java APIs and services, data visualizations, and asynchronous gateway features. Work across data modeling, distributed systems, testing, security, and cloud-native delivery while contributing to open-source and enterprise products. Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly and collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver reliable customer-focused solutions.

Drive net-new enterprise revenue across North America by prospecting target accounts, managing complex full-cycle sales, engaging technical and executive stakeholders, conducting discovery and demonstrations, coordinating technical validation and POCs, navigating procurement, forecasting pipeline, and transitioning closed customers to Account Management and Customer Success.

Build full-stack product experiences and APIs for Gravitee’s API management and AI Agent Security platform. Develop Angular and TypeScript interfaces, Java APIs and services, data visualizations, and gateway runtime features. Work with distributed systems, asynchronous patterns, persistent stores, search technologies, automated testing, and AI-assisted development. Collaborate across product and engineering teams while contributing to open-source and enterprise products.

Initiate and qualify inbound and outbound leads for a B2B SaaS AI/API platform. Build automated, personalized outreach using AI-enabled prospecting tools, cold call prospects, book qualified meetings, collaborate with GTM, Product and Sales teams, and share market insights to improve go-to-market motion.

Build and execute the Americas partner ecosystem: identify, prospect, negotiate, and close strategic System Integrator and alliance partnerships. Collaborate cross-functionally to onboard, activate, and manage partner performance, report on partner targets and ROI, and travel regionally to support partner relationships and events.

Define and own product roadmaps, lead discovery and development with engineering and design, prioritize global customer needs, prototype features using AI-assisted tools, report product metrics, support sales and marketing, and analyze competitor and market trends to drive product adoption and onboarding.

Drive net-new enterprise revenue across North America by prospecting, generating pipeline, managing full-cycle sales, and closing complex deals. Engage engineering, architecture, and executive stakeholders to position API management, event streaming, access management, and AI governance solutions. Lead discovery, demonstrations, technical validation, mutual action plans, forecasting, and CRM management while collaborating with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Product, Account Management, and Customer Success.

Partner with Account Executives across North America to lead technical pre-sales: run discovery, deliver tailored demos and PoCs, translate enterprise architecture needs into solutions, support post-sale expansion, engage partners, and feed product/marketing with field insights to drive adoption of Gravitee's API, event, and AI-agent platform.
