The intern also participates in mentoring, networking, team-building, and community activities while working in a hybrid environment and traveling to client sites as needed.

Leads Advisory transformation growth through daily prospecting, executive relationship development, account strategy, solution orchestration, and pursuit leadership. Shapes integrated transformation solutions spanning finance, operations, workforce, customer, ERP, planning, AI, and enterprise platforms. Develops value propositions, win strategies, pricing, proposals, and multi-year programs while coordinating cross-functional teams and engaging C-suite and Board stakeholders. Requires substantial consulting sales and enterprise transformation experience in professional services.
