Manage complex employee relations matters including investigations (harassment, discrimination, retaliation), advise and coach managers on performance and disciplinary actions, document findings and write investigation summaries, ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, identify and mitigate ER risks, partner with business leaders, P&C, and Legal, and travel frequently to regional sites.

Lead and grow a hands-on data science team that builds search, recommendation, personalization, delivery ETA/dispatch models, and ad ranking/attribution systems. Set technical direction, write production code, partner with Product and Engineering, drive experimentation, and deliver measurable business impact across consumer, delivery, and ads.

Design, build, and maintain scalable batch and real-time data pipelines and platform components. Produce curated datasets, ensure data quality, observability, and lineage, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver data products that support analytics, experimentation, and ML.
