Leads consumer personalization strategy and production development for recommendations, ranking, search, browse, carts, marketing, and agentic AI experiences. Builds recommender systems, learning-to-rank models, LLM agents, evaluation frameworks, and experimentation programs. Partners with Product and Engineering on deployment, monitoring, and model quality while mentoring senior data scientists, setting technical direction, shaping roadmaps, and communicating trade-offs to executives.

Lead and mentor Catalog and Partner Integrations engineering teams while combining hands-on software development with people management. Translate business needs into technical solutions, manage project delivery and dependencies, guide architecture, develop distributed applications, implement monitoring, and support engineering quality practices. The role also oversees hiring, performance management, team development, operational support, and data-intensive integrations across Gopuff’s first-party and partner channels.

Design, develop, test, and deploy supply chain software for inventory, warehouse, and fulfillment systems. Lead technical decisions, mentor engineers, coordinate cross-functional Agile projects, decompose work, delegate tasks, and promote strong development and testing practices. Build monitoring systems that ensure business-process correctness and support high-volume, data-intensive applications.

Design, build, and maintain scalable batch and real-time data pipelines and platform components. Produce curated datasets, ensure data quality, observability, and lineage, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver data products that support analytics, experimentation, and ML.
