Teams at Google Fiber

Manage engineering practices and deployment projects for an outside plant FTTH network. Oversee fiber network design and permitting for residential and business properties, coordinate engineering activities, financial reporting, invoice review, and change management, and manage vendor production against standards. Collaborate cross-functionally to execute network designs and support construction compliance, quality controls, and infrastructure delivery.

Lead metro deployment and operations of GFiber FTTH and point-to-point wireless networks. Manage engineers, construction program managers, installation/repair teams and vendors. Oversee design-to-delivery alignment, budgets, bids, engineering reviews, vendor selection, and coordinate with city and utility stakeholders while growing the deployment team.

Lead project controls for regional construction programs: manage cost and schedule controls, reporting, governance, and tooling. Advise regional leadership with data-driven recommendations, grow and mentor project controls staff, and partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Construction to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and continuous process improvement.
