Manages government, community, and nonprofit relationships across Colorado, Utah, Idaho, and potential expansion markets. Supports broadband deployment, community engagement, public relations, issue escalation, digital inclusion partnerships, and business growth initiatives. Represents the company with elected officials, government staff, residents, media, affordable housing providers, and community organizations. Also contributes to national policy, community impact, and digital equity initiatives.

Manages internal contractors and third-party vendors supporting fiber internet drops, installations, and repairs. Oversees vendor tickets, purchase orders, invoicing, forecasting, customer escalations, field estimates, safety, quality inspections, and performance reporting. Leads cross-functional initiatives and continuous improvement programs while coordinating telecommunications infrastructure and outside plant operations.

Lead project controls for regional construction programs: manage cost and schedule controls, reporting, governance, and tooling. Advise regional leadership with data-driven recommendations, grow and mentor project controls staff, and partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Construction to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and continuous process improvement.
