Leads development operations systems for a multi-entity fundraising organization. Responsibilities include rebuilding Salesforce, improving data integrity, creating dashboards and forecasting tools, implementing moves management workflows, driving Jira and Confluence adoption, managing integrations and vendors, and establishing contract, invoicing, and compliance tracking systems. The role also manages and coaches a Senior Development Manager and partners with fundraising, finance, executive, IT, and data teams.

The Director of Client Services will build and lead partnerships, oversee client lifecycle, ensure excellent campaign delivery, and communicate outcomes clearly, driving growth for GoodPower.
