Teams at Good Shepherd Services

Designs and delivers recreational, cultural, and life-skills programming for residential youth. Plans events, documents activities, builds community partnerships, supervises supplies and participants, resolves group conflict, supports treatment teams, provides occasional transportation, and follows Sanctuary Model and ACS/DYFJ regulations and trainings.

Work alongside outreach and clinical staff to engage 18-24-year-old youth experiencing homelessness across NYC; distribute supplies, provide referrals to shelter, healthcare and employment services, support crisis intervention and documentation, and attend trainings and team meetings.
