Responsibilities include designing production cloud environments, containerization with Docker and Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, observability, security automation, compliance, high availability, failover, and disaster recovery. The role also leads client technical discussions and produces architecture documentation and operational roadmaps.

Generate leads and prospect through calls, emails, and other outreach channels; research target accounts and decision-makers; communicate value propositions; develop relationships with schools, nonprofits, and education organizations; secure book fairs and drive educational book sales; schedule sales meetings; maintain CRM records; coordinate event logistics; provide campaign feedback; and collaborate on customer success materials.
