Provide legal and compliance support for a growing insurance organization: manage corporate governance and entity records, prepare and track insurer and individual licensing across jurisdictions, own filing deadlines, improve compliance processes, advise internal stakeholders, assist with drafting policies and documents, coordinate non-claims litigation with outside counsel, and monitor insurance regulatory developments.

The State Manager is responsible for launching auto insurance products in new and existing states, ensuring compliance and profitability, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational success.

Develop and maintain scalable web, mobile, API, and data-platform features as part of an Agile Scrum team. Implement cloud migrations, CI/CD pipelines, test automation, security controls, and production-first practices while troubleshooting production issues and contributing to continuous improvement.
