Technical owner for integrating and validating new transit features on the GATN guideway. Design requirements and integration scenarios, run track tests, assess safety function health from logs and metrics, drive triage and release readiness, and improve test suites, tooling, and processes to ensure safe, available system operations.

Lead and build the commercial legal function for project financing and procurement. Structure and negotiate SPV, loan, security, EPC, IP licensing, MSAs, POs, and warehousing agreements. Support sales on RFPs, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage outside counsel while executing substantive legal work to limit outside fees.

Build and maintain developer platform tooling that ensures SIL-4 safety compliance: automation for certification evidence, CI/CD improvements, Bazel build maintenance, lightweight web dashboards, developer workflow automation, monitoring, and on-call support.
