Lead product marketing for the Genius POS product: develop positioning and messaging, own go-to-market strategy, create sales enablement materials, support marketing campaigns, act as the internal voice of the customer, and collaborate across product, sales, and marketing to drive adoption.

Lead the document management product vision and roadmap for internal systems; translate strategy into prioritized requirements and business cases; partner with engineering, operations, and third-party vendors; run Voice of Customer research; manage vendor relationships and influence product enhancements and launches.

Serve as strategic partner for a portfolio of high-value HOA customers to drive adoption, retention and growth. Build executive relationships, deliver data-driven success plans, advocate customer needs cross-functionally, mitigate churn risks and produce measurable business outcomes.
