Lead HR and compliance functions for a resort, overseeing employee relations, investigations, leave and accommodation processes, benefits, payroll compliance, safety programs, HR strategy, leadership development, and regulatory reporting. Serve as senior HR leader accountable to the CEO and manage the HR team to ensure legal compliance and consistent HR operations.

Assist Pool Manager in safe, cost-effective operation of pools, splash zone, and bathhouse. Supervise staff, ensure guest satisfaction, maintain lifeguarding and instructional competence, manage administrative and operational tasks, obtain required certifications, and adapt scheduling to seasonal demands.
