Own end-to-end product design for Gladly’s AI Agent Harness, including configuration, steering, evaluation, reporting, simulations, and oversight tools. Develop and maintain the shared design system, define solutions for ambiguous problems, prototype rapidly with AI-assisted tools, and elevate the quality of engineer- and AI-generated interfaces. This senior individual contributor role requires strong generalist product design skills, systems thinking, polished visual craft, and experience designing trustworthy, controllable AI-native experiences.

Own product marketing for Gladly’s Agent Harness and AI Core platforms. Develop technical positioning, messaging, launch strategies, sales enablement, competitive intelligence, and narrative assets. Translate AI agent behavior, evaluation, steering, and measurement into credible messaging for CX leaders and technical buyers. Manage tier-one launches end to end while balancing two product areas as a senior individual contributor with minimal oversight.

Own the end-to-end revenue and billing cycle for subscription, usage-based, and outcome-based contracts. Responsibilities include invoicing, ASC 606 revenue recognition, deferred revenue schedules, month-end close, reconciliations, commission capitalization, accounts receivable, collections, customer billing support, contract review, and reporting. The role also improves quote-to-cash processes across NetSuite and Tabs, maintains controls, and supports audits.
