Hiring multiple early- to mid-career Operations roles (Grants Administration, People Ops, Talent Acquisition, Technology, AI Enablement, and Executive Support). Responsibilities include end-to-end grant logistics, HR/payroll and global mobility support, full-cycle recruiting and sourcing, IT onboarding/troubleshooting, AI enablement, and executive assistance. Roles focus on process improvement, systems building (Salesforce, Asana, Ironclad), cross-team collaboration, and scaling operations to support rapid organizational growth.

Lead GiveWell grantmaking for a major portfolio: set strategy, evaluate cost-effectiveness and evidence, manage grantee relationships, make funding decisions, communicate externally, and mentor colleagues.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for Operations and Outreach roles: source passive candidates, partner with hiring managers, design hiring infrastructure and assessments, manage candidate experience, and measure hiring effectiveness. Contribute to recruiting strategy, data tracking, and process improvements while supporting hiring across diverse functions.
