Own revenue reconciliation across payment platforms, prepare quarterly grants reconciliations, assist with complex close entries (investments, lease amortization, intercompany grants, accrued vacation), support audits and Form 990 preparation, drive process improvements, and mentor the Staff Accountant.

Support GiveWell research by quality-checking and updating cost-effectiveness models, conducting desk research, summarizing grantee monitoring and evaluation, writing clear public summaries, and performing ad-hoc high-impact projects and project-management support for research investigations.

Lead and design research agendas on livelihoods, conduct rigorous evidence reviews and cost-effectiveness modeling, advise grantmaking decisions, communicate findings externally, mentor colleagues, and pursue high-priority empirical questions to inform GiveWell's funding.

Lead ambitious research agendas to identify cost-effective global health interventions. Conduct evidence synthesis, cost-effectiveness modeling, and expert engagement; design and oversee impact evaluations; support grant recommendations end-to-end; mentor colleagues; and communicate findings externally to inform major grantmaking decisions.

Manage execution of research and grantmaking workflows: keep trackers current, manage timelines and risks, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, produce accurate documentation, improve processes and templates, and proactively solve operational bottlenecks to support GiveWell researchers and grantees.
