Leads buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements, including Quality of Earnings analysis, EBITDA adjustments, working capital and debt analyses, and transaction reporting. Manages client relationships, project delivery, and multiple engagements while advising on purchase agreements and transaction accounting. Oversees and coaches associates and offshore teams, leads management discussions, reviews financial metrics, and identifies process and technology improvements.

The Tax Manager oversees accurate tax return preparation, performs tax reviews, manages tax projects, participates in client meetings, and develops staff. They ensure compliance and profitability while maintaining client relationships and staying updated on tax legislation.
