Lead GHJ's buy-side Private Equity transaction advisory growth by originating diligence engagements, leading Quality of Earnings and financial due diligence, building sponsor relationships, advising across transaction lifecycle, collaborating with Tax/Audit/Advisory teams, mentoring engagement teams, and developing a scalable Private Equity go-to-market strategy to drive cross‑service revenue and portfolio company opportunities.

The Tax Senior Manager oversees tax return preparation, reviews complex tax issues, manages staff, engages in tax planning, and interacts with clients. Requires strong leadership and technical skills in public accounting.

Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, and amended tax returns; organize client tax data; respond to notices; perform basic tax research, projections, accruals, depreciation setup, and compute estimates using tax software.

Prepare and review complex individual, fiduciary, estate, gift, and business tax returns; supervise Seniors and Associates; coordinate with clients and outside advisors; perform tax research, respond to notices, and support growth of a High Net Worth practice.

The Interim FP&A Director will lead the FP&A function, support the CEO and executives, oversee budgeting and forecasting, and enhance financial processes.

Lead and deliver complex U.S. international tax compliance and consulting engagements. Oversee preparation and review of international filings, manage staff, perform technical research, advise clients on inbound/outbound structuring, and drive practice development and profitability while mentoring team members and contributing to firm initiatives.
