Manage site access agreement lifecycles across multiple projects. Draft, modify, and negotiate access agreements with third-party landowners under legal counsel oversight; maintain agreement records, expirations, amendments, and insurance certificates; and support project managers and stakeholders. The role requires real property document experience, multitasking, prioritization, and proficiency with common office software.

Design and prepare roadway contract plans and specifications, perform geometric calculations, develop traffic and pavement plans, conduct quantity and cost estimates, use CADD tools, support project delivery and client management, and contribute to engineering standards and small-to-medium project management.

Provide technical and business-development leadership for air quality and EHS services in the Mid-Continent region. Grow practice, support proposals, collaborate with technical leaders, maintain client relationships, and drive digital transformation and industry engagement.
