Leads the multidisciplinary Integrated Sensor engineering organization across hardware, embedded and edge software, cloud platforms, and distributed systems. Sets technical strategy, architecture, engineering standards, and product delivery processes while scaling reliable systems for nationwide field deployment. Responsibilities include recruiting and developing engineering leaders, coordinating hardware and software development, improving testing and operational resilience, resolving field issues, and partnering with Product, Deployment, Data Science, and company leadership.

Build top-of-funnel pipeline through outbound prospecting across logistics service providers and shippers. Research prospects, conduct multichannel outreach, qualify leads, schedule Account Executive meetings, maintain Salesforce records, provide market feedback, and support event-related initiatives and outbound process improvements.

Own and build GenLogs’ public sector customer success function, leading agency onboarding, adoption, retention, expansion, and renewals. Train users, translate workflows into platform queries, represent customer needs to product and engineering, support pre-sales, develop relationships across government stakeholders, and contribute to customer discovery and government projects. The role supports law enforcement missions and requires up to 40% travel in field environments.
