The role manages Fortune 100 relationships and supports accounts generating $5–8 million in annual revenue, with travel of up to 50%.

Design and lead scalable, practical learning programs for enterprise, technical, and professional audiences. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, defining outcomes, developing instructor-led materials, creating AI-enabled labs and activities, managing SMEs and vendors, enabling instructors, tailoring programs for clients, analyzing learning impact, and productizing reusable curriculum components. The role requires strong instructional design, project management, adult learning, technical education, and applied AI knowledge.

Leads the design and development of scalable, outcome-driven learning programs for enterprise, technical, and professional audiences. Owns discovery, learning outcomes, curriculum development, project timelines, stakeholder and SME coordination, instructor enablement, quality assurance, and productization. Creates hands-on activities, labs, simulations, assessments, facilitator guides, and workplace applications, including AI-enabled learning experiences. Collaborates with product, client-facing, delivery, and vendor teams while using learning science, accessibility, and adult learning principles.
