The Senior FP&A Analyst manages budgets, forecasts, project costing, work-in-progress reviews, variance analysis, reconciliations, profitability reporting, and financial dashboards. The role supports engineer-to-order power projects, analyzes sales-related financial activities, monitors inventory, and provides actionable insights to leadership. It partners with Finance, Accounting, and cross-functional teams to improve financial accuracy, business performance, and strategic decision-making.

Performs advanced accounting functions, including month-end close, journal entries, general ledger reconciliation, revenue recognition under ASC 606, audit support, SOX compliance, and financial reporting. The role evaluates complex contracts, supports SAP and OneStream process implementation or testing, documents procedures, collaborates across departments, and leads continuous improvement and special projects.

Drive growth for commercial and industrial battery energy storage and microgrid solutions through strategic sales, account development, channel relationships, market engagement, and complex negotiations. Develop pipelines, pricing strategies, budgets, KPIs, forecasts, and operating plans while managing profitability and revenue goals. Lead cross-functional teams, develop sales talent, represent the company at industry events, and provide customer and market insights to product, engineering, operations, and support teams. Travel up to 50% is required.
