Grows Generac product sales across retail accounts by educating store associates and consumers, supporting dealer programs, executing in-store initiatives, ensuring product displays and planograms are maintained, building relationships with store leadership, and recording sales activity in Salesforce. The role requires local travel up to 75% within an assigned market and offers a base salary plus commission.

Lead microgrid control projects from sales handover through commissioning and operational support. Develop and deploy control algorithms and device drivers, perform system testing and troubleshooting, create technical documentation and electrical drawings, support customers, mentor team members, and improve project processes and standards. Includes on-site and remote commissioning and international travel.

Designs, programs, tests, commissions, and supports power system control projects involving switchgear, generators, transfer systems, load management, microgrids, and SCADA. Creates electrical schematics, layouts, wiring diagrams, bills of material, and control sequences while ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards. Coordinates with suppliers, purchasing, manufacturing, contractors, and customers, performs design reviews, troubleshoots systems, and mentors engineering associates.
