Lead microgrid control projects from sales handover through commissioning and operational support. Develop and deploy control algorithms and device drivers, perform system testing and troubleshooting, create technical documentation and electrical drawings, support customers, mentor team members, and improve project processes and standards. Partners with finance, legal, sales leadership, and operational groups on forecasts, process improvements, and contract updates. Occasional travel is required.

Provide technical support for BESS and microgrid sales and projects: review electrical diagrams, size systems with Xendee, liaise between sales and engineering, document solutions, support project handoff and customer training, and create technical materials.

The Senior Electrical Engineer leads engineering integration and develops system interactions, evaluates components, and supports product design and testing.

Lead hands-on SEO execution across multiple sites: on-page and technical optimizations, keyword research, content optimization and AIO support.
