Leads GeneDx’s corporate communications and earned media strategy, managing media relations, proactive storytelling, executive thought leadership, patient narratives, agency coordination, and communications projects. The role develops briefings, talking points, and executive content; monitors media, competitors, healthcare, technology, and policy developments; and partners cross-functionally to translate complex genomic, scientific, clinical, and business topics into compelling narratives.

Manage the end-to-end claims process for diagnostic laboratory services, including claim submission, denial analysis, appeals, resubmissions, payer follow-up, documentation, and payment resolution. Collaborate with authorization, billing, and reimbursement teams; maintain knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, payer requirements, and regulatory changes; and generate reports to identify trends and improve revenue cycle performance.

Sell GeneDx genomic testing services to adult specialty physicians within a defined territory. Generate leads, build and manage a physician development pipeline, conduct in-person and virtual meetings, coordinate with operations for issue resolution, implement sales/marketing plans, and support events. Serve as first-line account management to ensure physician and staff satisfaction while working independently and as part of a team.
