Serve as strategic People partner to executives across Commercial, Marketing, and Production Lab. Advise on org design, succession planning, talent risk, leadership effectiveness, and large-scale change. Lead executive talent reviews, coach senior leaders, use people analytics to inform decisions, and partner with People COEs to reinforce culture and retention.

Monitor audits and reconcile payments to ensure reimbursement accuracy and compliance with payer contracts and MFN laws. Audit payments, process refunds, resolve denials, collaborate with legal, billing, appeals, finance, and compliance teams, and maintain documentation to support regulatory inquiries and process improvements.

Review denied lab claims, determine denial reasons, gather documentation, and submit appeals to maximize reimbursement. Communicate with providers and insurers, track appeals in billing systems, apply coding and payor policies, analyze denial trends, report findings, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and compliance.
