Leads Genea’s marketing function, brand strategy, channel and partner marketing, field events, product marketing, demand generation, and team development. The role owns brand refresh and website modernization, partner programs, go-to-market strategy across direct and channel motions, marketing’s pipeline influence and attribution reporting, budget, and ROI. It reports to the CEO and requires strong executive presence, B2B channel expertise, people leadership, and approximately 25% travel.
