Manages Oregon agency relationships and sales production for GEICO products. Builds agent relationships, provides product and competitor expertise, translates strategic initiatives into local growth goals, develops marketing plans, analyzes performance data, monitors agency results, delivers training, handles agent counseling and discipline, and approves new agency appointments. The role requires in-person and virtual engagement, compliance with driving standards, and approximately 30% overnight travel.

Lead technical strategy and execution for enterprise software, design and build new systems, improve existing platforms, mentor engineers, collaborate with product and stakeholders, ensure quality/performance, share best practices, analyze costs, and support operational readiness including on-call production support.
