Leads commercial proposal development and customer negotiations for Controls Lifecare Services multi-year agreements. Coordinates finance, engineering, legal, tax, risk, product, and operations stakeholders; evaluates risks, pricing, inflation, escalation, and financial scenarios; manages tenders, approvals, deal reviews, forecasts, and order handoffs. Supports sales, margin, and growth targets while improving the CLS MYA product line and presenting transactions to senior leadership.

Provide SAP ERP support for country-specific project operations and services billing: review handoff documents, create projects/WBS/sales orders, execute invoicing, manage change orders, resolve billing/collection issues, coordinate cross-functionally, and update revenue recognition and project billing data to support forecasting and reporting.

Design, test, and maintain HMI hardware and configuration standards for power-generation customer platforms. Develop and execute test plans, evaluate new technologies, support field issues, coordinate Agile handoffs, and produce training and reports across product lifecycle.
