Design HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical control systems for pharmaceutical, research, warehouse, and office facilities. Prepare construction documents, review shop drawings and RFIs, verify permits and code requirements, support facility evaluations and engineering studies, and assist with troubleshooting and commissioning.

Summer process engineering internship supporting pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturing and related facility projects. Responsibilities include mass and energy balances, heating, cooling, and flow calculations; equipment and instrumentation specifications; vendor coordination; user requirement specifications; equipment spec sheets; flow diagrams and P&IDs; and construction observation. Candidates must pursue a Mechanical or Chemical Engineering degree and have completed at least three years of collegiate education.

Design conceptual and schematic plans for process-intensive life science facilities, translating operational workflows and regulatory requirements into functional spaces. Coordinate architectural, engineering, construction, and regulatory teams; resolve design and compliance issues; prepare technical reports and client presentations; manage schedules, scopes, deliverables, and documentation; review junior staff work; and provide technical guidance. The role requires collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary project teams, occasional travel, and knowledge of GMP cleanrooms, biosafety levels, and material-flow strategies.
