Assemble and pack beverages, dry goods, condiments, and non-food items into airline carts per specifications. Maintain sanitation standards, document inventory, complete paperwork, follow directions, and work as part of a team. Lift and move up to 50 lbs and work variable schedules including overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Provides administrative support for meal ordering in a multi-airline unit. Responsibilities include answering and dispatching incoming calls, generating billing information, preparing check sheets, receiving flight loads and meal counts, and completing additional duties assigned by management. The role requires a high school diploma, one year of general office experience, basic math and computer skills, organization, attention to detail, and effective communication.

Oversee HACCP logs and FDA compliance in hot foods production. Conduct food temperature and quality checks, monitor hygiene, sanitation, equipment cleanliness, product specifications, and color coding. Support customer and government audits, document deviations, communicate issues to management, and ensure food-handling policies are followed. The role requires standing, bending, lifting, and working extended shifts in a hot, noisy production kitchen.
