Ensure compliance (FDA, USDA, airport, customer), drive Lean initiatives, manage labor costs/schedules, coach supervisors, handle employee relations and QA coordination to meet on-time performance and hygiene standards.

The Quality Assurance Representative coordinates quality improvement projects, audits compliance, trains staff, and maintains performance metrics while ensuring adherence to food safety standards.

Provide administrative and supervisory support for airport ramp transport operations: analyze data, prepare run sheets, assign drivers, monitor departures, ensure meal/cooler quality, track flight changes, handle customer calls and complaints, and serve as backup supervisor during ramp operations and shift rotations.
