Coordinate patient procedures and surgeries based on physician orders, schedule with healthcare facilities, communicate preparation and financial information, manage physician block times, resolve scheduling issues, maintain accurate records, protect patient privacy, and support smooth patient care delivery.

Coordinates centralized physician, APP, and CRNA schedules across multiple healthcare markets. Builds and maintains long-term schedules, manages availability and PTO changes, identifies coverage gaps and conflicts, monitors provider utilization and capacity, and coordinates staffing needs. Communicates schedule updates to providers and leaders, prepares scheduling reports, analyzes operational trends, resolves scheduling issues, and supports process standardization and continuous improvement.

Provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment of gastrointestinal disorders, perform endoscopic procedures (colonoscopy, EGD, advanced as trained), develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with care teams, maintain accurate records, participate in research, teaching, quality improvement, and patient safety initiatives.
