Coaches collegiate chapter leaders on belonging, equity, diversity, and inclusion practices across an assigned region. Responsibilities include developing and evaluating BEDI action plans, auditing chapter practices, recommending educational resources, training leaders on bias incident reporting, supporting response teams, and ensuring committee participation and accountability. The volunteer specialist serves as the primary BEDI resource for chapter volunteers, advisors, and members, participates in team calls and training, and travels approximately 2–7 days annually.

Preserve and promote Gamma Phi Beta ritual traditions by advising chapters, delivering ritual training, reviewing ceremonies and manuals, supporting the international ritual chair, and ensuring consistent implementation across collegiate and alumnae chapters. This appointed volunteer role requires 10–15 hours monthly, confidentiality, participation in meetings and authorized events, and strong knowledge of the sorority’s ritual practices.

Supervises collegiate chapter recruitment activities, coaches advisors and officers, interprets Panhellenic policies, analyzes recruitment data, supports membership goals, and coordinates chapter visits and recruitment initiatives. The volunteer role requires four to eight hours weekly, with peak periods up to 20 hours and travel up to nine days annually.
