Serves as a senior advisor on employee relations, independently managing routine and complex workplace investigations, employee complaints, conduct issues, accommodations, and ADA interactive processes. Advises leaders on employment law, performance management, corrective actions, terminations, leave, and risk. Coaches managers, partners with HR and Legal, develops ER resources, maintains case documentation, identifies trends, and improves processes across a multi-state U.S. workforce.
