Lead architecture, testing, deployment, observability, mentor engineers, and drive engineering standards and AI-assisted workflows.

Lead design and implementation of on-chain primitives on Ethereum and Solana, manage end-to-end audit and mainnet deployments, set testing/review/deployment standards, partner with product/custody/compliance teams, mentor engineers, and champion safe AI adoption to improve productivity while minimizing risks for production smart contracts.

Lead and grow protocol engineering teams for Ethereum, Solana, and Chainlink; provide deep technical guidance, set operating rhythms, own protocol strategy, coordinate cross-functional work, support client engagements, and manage headcount, retention, and incident response.
