Owns projects that build and standardize revenue accounting processes, controls, documentation, and system requirements. The role investigates data and process issues, translates accounting needs for Data, Engineering, Finance, and Product teams, and drives cross-functional initiatives to completion. It requires strong US GAAP and ASC 606 knowledge, project management, process design, data analysis, and ERP or revenue recognition systems experience.

Own revenue and direct-cost accounting for Function’s consumer health business, including monthly close, contribution-margin reporting, revenue recognition, audits, and SOX-ready controls. Standardize fragmented accounting processes, bring work in-house, automate close activities with AI, integrate new products and acquisitions, and build and lead the revenue accounting team.

Owns enterprise sales for national and jumbo employers, managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals from initial engagement through contracting and early expansion. Builds executive relationships with HR, clinical, finance, and benefits consulting stakeholders; leads RFPs, pricing, negotiations, program design, forecasting, and quota attainment. Partners with Customer Success on enterprise launches and identifies expansion opportunities across geographies, populations, and product lines.
