Own SuppCo’s lifecycle marketing strategy, execution, automation, and reporting across email, push, and in-app messaging. Build onboarding, engagement, conversion, replenishment, and winback journeys in Iterable; personalize recommendations using Iterable Catalog; define KPIs; and lead experimentation focused on activation, repeat purchases, LTV, and churn. Collaborate with growth, creative, product, lifecycle, and data teams to launch campaigns and scale SuppCo’s member experience.

Lead product- and content-led organic growth across virality/referrals, conversion optimization, and search (SEO, AI-driven discovery, YouTube). Run experiments, build attribution, recruit and manage a lean team, and use AI tools to scale member acquisition and retention without paid channels.

Lead and execute full-lifecycle technical recruiting for engineering, data science, ML/AI, infrastructure, and security. Build and manage a high-performing technical recruiting team, implement scalable processes and AI-enabled sourcing tools, partner with engineering leadership for hiring strategy, and track recruiting metrics to continuously improve quality and efficiency.
