Leads site reliability engineering strategy for mission-critical cloud platforms. Designs highly available AWS and Kubernetes environments, establishes SLOs, SLIs, observability, disaster recovery, and DevSecOps standards, and drives automation, incident response, capacity planning, cost optimization, and resilient architecture. Provides executive guidance, mentors engineering teams, oversees outsourced incident-management resources, and leads continuous improvement, modernization, and platform engineering initiatives.

Leads strategic sourcing workstreams and smaller procurement projects, including RFP execution, vendor analysis, financial modeling, contract management, and business case development. Partners with cross-functional stakeholders, supports negotiations and vendor performance evaluation, presents recommendations to leadership, improves sourcing processes, and mentors junior analysts. The role focuses on indirect procurement categories, particularly information technology, finance, marketing, legal, and commercial services.

Leads the FP&A team in budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, scenario analysis, performance benchmarking, and strategic decision support. Partners with business leaders and Accounting to evaluate revenue, costs, operational changes, and financial impacts across the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow. Manages analysts, reviews deliverables, and develops talent while identifying efficiency and business improvement opportunities.
